Confusion about Birthdate

I have a really big confusion in my name numerology. It is about my date of birth. My real date of birth is November 28, 1987 and the official recorded date of birth on my birth certificate, national ID Card and academic documents is November 28, 1988. Which one of these has to be taken in numerology readings?

You have to take the actual date of birth only. Not the incorrectly recorded one. As per this dob 28-11-1987 you are ruled by 1 & 1. By the way, your name does not match your date of birth. The name makes your life unlucky. You have to correct your name.
