I have changed my name as per my own name numerology from Prasanna. N. Urala to Prasan.Urala. As my old name would add up to 44 =4+4 =8. It equals to 8 but 8 is ruled by Saturn. It doesn't give a positive vibration to my day number 2 and life number 6.
But Prasan.Urala gives a positive vibration as it adds up to 33=3+3=6 = Venus. Shall I officially change my name? Or there are still any negative vibrations in my new name?
Besides this name even these name came into my mind like Prassana. N. Urala = 42 or Prrasanna.N = 33. My dob is 20/11/1991.

What do you mean by vibration? You say you change your name into a positive vibration in 6. Your concept is wrong. In name numerology 6 is a number and not a vibration.
A vibration is an electromagnetic wave with an amplitude, wave length, and frequency. When the wave propagates or travels from a source it repeats its amplitude again and again and that is frequency. It is measured in cycles per second. One repetition is defined as one cycle.
