Rey Ragunton if i change it to Reyn Ragunton, which one is better? Please analyze my name again and fixed my name.

Both are incorrect and unlucky

My full Birthname is REYNALDO RAGUNTON. Since I cannot change my surname Ragunton. Thanks. Most appreciated.

Reynaldo is much worse. It will never allow you to come up. Ragunton will get you into accidents and prison terms. forget it.
