As per name numerology, I was born on 3rd dec 1981. I am currently working in the IT industry. I am not satisfied with my job and I need a job change. I want to know what number and color suits me.

My name is Prabhu, from my childhood I am very much interested in name numerology. Recently, I tried to apply my knowledge gained from my friends to correct my son's name.
I strongly beleive that if I give him a perfect name, I will have the satisfaction that from my side I have done everything for him. I give his details here below.
He was born on 12/ 06/2005. We selected his name as Dhyanesh. But my friends suggested me D letter is not good so I have changed his name as THIYANESH with the same pronunciation with diffrent spelling. Is it okay or I have to change to add other name in front of the name dhyanesh. please advice me as to what to do.
