I submit the numerology details of my son. His name is K.Saikrishna. His date of birth is 8-Dec-2008. He is not keeping good health. He cries more. Will a name correction as per numerology help him?

Krishna is 19 and Sai is 5 and the total name measures as 24. This number is not lucky for your son. You have to correct your son's name or his health will be affected much more.

Can we call the child Sai or Krishna? If both are good, which is better?

It depends. If both names are not suited as per astrology or not harmonious with the body-mind vibes of the child, you have to reject these names and choose something else.
